Building reflective communities today, for our children's tomorrow.

Where Families Flourish

CRC envisions:

Reflective communities where all children flourish because they are cared for, understood, and accepted.

CRC believes:

That reflective thinking is a powerful communication tool that is at the core of healthy relationships. Our goal is to provide a reflective community for all children by teaching reflective practice to those who care for them.

Mental Health Professionals

The RPP group model is grounded in the most up to date research in child development, psychology, attachment, mentalization and neuroscience. RPP is recognized as an evidence-based Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) program that helps protect children from growing up with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and helps prevent the intergenerational transmission of trauma.

Parents

Reflective Parenting Program (RPP) is an innovative workshop series that engages groups of parents in an in-depth experiential learning process. Our programs provide an opportunity for parents to engage in an experiential learning process specifically aimed to enhance reflection and improve the attachment between parent and child.

Schools & Organizations

CRC engages with the culture of an organization in order to create responsive systems-wide training tailored to the specific needs of staff, supervisors, administrators, as well as the children and families they serve. CRC offers programming to support the broader network for those involved in childrens’ development, including mental health clinicians, child development specialists, teachers, day care providers, residential treatment counselors, and all those who care for children.

“I came wanting answers, wanting the group facilitators to ‘fix’ my child. I left learning that I had the answers inside myself all along. I just needed guidance to figure out what best works for my family”
